Ingredients:
. Water (approximately 150ml)
. Dry chilli (8to10)
. Garlic (4)
. Small piece of ginger
. Tomato (3)
. Oil
. 1tbl of garlic
. Spring onion
. 1teaspoon of soya sauce
. Salt
. Sugar(1/2)
. Vinegar (1 teaspoon)
1. Pour 150ml of water and allow to boil add dry
chilli, garlic cloves, small piece of ginger,
tomato.
2. Cook for 10 min in low flame switch off the
flame and cool down completely.
3. Drain water and grind to a fine paste.
4. Take a pan and pour 1tbl spoon of oil add 1tbl
spoon of chopped garlic, spring onion.
5. Add ground paste mix and add 1 teaspoon of
soya sauce and required salt 1/2 teaspoon of
sugar.
6. Finally add vinegar allow to boil for
3 min and switch off the flame.
