Candy chicken

 Ingredients:

                  . Bread

             . Bread crumbs

             . Boneless chicken

             . Kashmiri red chilli powder

             . Garam masala

             . Salt

             . Coriander

             . Ice sticks     

             . All purpose flour (maida)

             . Oil

               

       Preparation :

        1. First take breads cut that in circle shape extra bread should 

            be used as bread crumbs.

        2. we should take 100 grams of boneless chicken grind it into 

            paste  with this chicken we can make 20 to 25 candy 

            chicken.

        3. Take a bowl convert the grinded  chicken into bowl add 

            kashmiri chilli powder which gives you colour for the dish 

            garam masala , salt , coriander.

        4. Grinded chicken will be hard so pour some water and mix it 

            properly.

        5. Take few ice stick cut 1 inch on top of the stick

        6. To coat bread we should prepare maida batter for that take 

            5 table spoon of maida, put 1 table spoon of chilli powder,

            Some salt add water and mix it as bajji consistency.

        7. Now we should take bread which we already cutted as circle

            stuff the chicken upon that keep ice stick cover that with 

            another bread.

        8. Coat that bread with maida batter and dip with bread crumbs

            that's all candy chicken is ready.
